These Terms govern your use of Voyplan (the "Service"), operated by Knockout Media AS (org. no. 937 263 570, Storgata 21b, 3181 Horten, Norway). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Voyplan helps you plan road trips and activities. It generates suggested routes, stays and tips based on the details you provide.

AI-generated content

Trip plans and tips are generated by an automated AI system and may contain inaccuracies — for example outdated opening hours, prices, driving times or place details. Plans are suggestions only and are not professional travel, safety, legal or financial advice. Always verify important details (visas, opening times, road conditions, prices) with official sources before you travel.

Bookings happen with partners

We do not sell, process or guarantee any booking. When you choose to book accommodation, activities or car rental, you do so on the partner's own website, under their terms and prices. We are not a party to, and not responsible for, any transaction between you and a provider.

Affiliate links

The Service contains affiliate links. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details. Using them costs you nothing extra.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, and no automated scraping or abuse of the planning feature.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design and branding belong to us. Trip plans you generate are for your personal use.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service, from AI-generated suggestions, or from any booking you make with a partner. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and disputes are subject to the Norwegian courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
